Harris hires Psaki’s brother-in-law as an advisor



Over the weekend, Vice President Harris hired Adam Frankel, brother-in-law to White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki. Previously, he was already a part of her transitional team. Then, he helped with “organizational development, strategic communications and long-term planning,’” a White House source told Washington Post. Now he’s advising the vice president.

Frankel’s wife is Psaki’s sister Stephanie. She’s a senior adviser at the Department of Health and Human Services. Before working on Harris’ transitional team, Frankel was former President Obama’s speech writer. He remained there until 2011.

Psaki previously denied that the current White House is recycling Obama staffers. Newsmax’s Emerald Robinson asked Press Secretary Jen Psaki to comment on how some are suggesting Biden’s presidency is “Obama’s 3rd term.” Psaki responded with another question: “Who’s saying that?” Robinson could not provide a specific answer.
