It looks like many people across the country are stockpiling items again in the wake of the latest COVID-19 surge. To prepare, Costco recently alerted costumers it would reinstate item purchase limits at some of its store locations.
The retailer addressed the situation last Saturday in an alert posting on its website.
“Some warehouses may have temporary item limits on select items.” Costco did not list the specific items that would be limited.
Fox Business reported earlier that of some product shortages at some Costco locations. Toilet paper, paper towels, and water are some of the items customers say are dwindling.
