BORDER CRISIS: Abandoned migrant child reunited with his mother

A Nicaraguan boy who was previously caught on tape abandoned at the border has reunited with his mother in Texas. The two will be staying there until their asylum application is processed, according to a report from the Daily Mail.

Video captured a two adults abandoning the child in El Paso, Texas late at night. He had nothing with him but his teddy bear. The video was shared by Fox and Friends.

Eventually, U.S. Border Patrol arrived to take the child in. From there, the Human Health Services children’s shelter in Brownsville kept him until his mother came to pick him up.
